Let's Celebrate the New Moon with a Crystal Meditation! During this 45 min class, you will receive a Gemstone and will be guided through a relaxing and immersive meditation while learning about that specific stone and how working with it will benefit your mind, body and soul. And since it's a New Moon, you will be encouraged to set an intention for yourself and work on harnessing your inner power to achieve your goals! Please wear comfortable clothes and bring along a yoga mat or blanket.
